Coroplast
A durable and lightweight sign solution made from 4mm corrugated plastic. Coroplast signs are direct UV printed for long lasting outdoor use and are available in single or double sided printing. Custom sizes are available, with optional grommets or H stakes for easy installation. Signs wider than 48 inches are produced with horizontal flutes for added stability. Ideal for yard signs, events, construction sites, and temporary outdoor signage.
Foam Board
Printed on 3/16 inch white foamcore with a polystyrene core and bright white faces. Foam board signs are direct UV printed for crisp, vibrant graphics and are available single or double sided. Lightweight yet rigid, this material is best suited for indoor use such as presentations, retail displays, framed signage, and event graphics.
PVC
Made from 1/8 inch expanded PVC similar to Sintra, this material offers a smooth, professional finish with excellent durability. Direct UV printing provides scratch resistant, long lasting graphics. PVC signs are available single or double sided and work well for both indoor and outdoor use. Lightweight with slight flexibility, they are ideal for wall mounted signs, sign frames, and permanent displays.
Acrylic
Produced on 1/4 inch clear acrylic for a premium, high end look. Graphics are CMYK direct printed with a full white backing to ensure bold color and opacity. Acrylic signage is ideal for offices, lobbies, retail environments, and branded interior displays where a polished appearance is required.
Aluminum
Constructed from .040 aluminum for a rigid, long lasting sign that will not rust. Direct UV printed in full color and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Available single or double sided with straight or rounded corners. Offered in standard sizes including 12×18, 18×24, 24×36, and 20×30. A reliable option for permanent exterior signage and professional displays.
Aluminum Sand Which Board

Available in 3/16 inch and 1/2 inch thicknesses in white or black. Gatorfoam features durable wood fiber faces that are significantly stronger than standard foamcore. Lightweight yet extremely rigid, it resists denting, warping, and bowing. Graphics are UV printed on adhesive vinyl and mounted to the surface. Available single or double sided and commonly used for high end indoor displays, exhibits, and presentation graphics.

File Setup
- Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
- Max File Upload Size: 300MB
- Submit artwork built to ordered size – Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template
Additional Tips
- Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use provided design templates when available
