File Setup

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
  • Color Space: CMYK
  • Resolution: 150dpi for raster images (More than enough for large format)
  • Max File Upload Size: 300MB
  • Submit artwork built to ordered size – Scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to order
  • Do not include crop marks or bleeds
  • Double sided products will be uploaded as two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template

Additional Tips

  • Do not submit with Pantones/Spot Colors – Convert to CMYK
  • Convert live fonts to outlines
  • Use provided design templates when available
Standard production time is typically 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush production may be available depending on the display type and schedule.
Yes. Step and repeat banners and fabric displays are suitable for indoor use, and many can be used outdoors with proper weighting and conditions. Pop up displays are best suited for indoor environments. We can help guide you based on where you plan to use the backdrop.
No. All of our backdrops are designed for quick and easy setup without tools. Most displays can be assembled in just a few minutes by one person and include simple instructions.
Absolutely. Every banner order includes a digital proof for approval. Nothing goes into production until you confirm.
Backdrop size depends on your space, number of people in photos, and viewing distance. Common sizes range from 8 ft to 10 ft wide, but larger custom sizes are available. We are happy to help recommend the best size for your event.
